I am proud to announce that my ladies' team is THIRD overall!! That includes the male and mixed teams!!! I am so proud!! Not sure how long we will stay up there but I am 100% sure that we will finish first in the female category, unless, touch wood, we all brake our legs before then.
Also, all five of us chicks are in the top 20 female cyclists. I am ranked 11th at the moment. Hopefully I will be able to cycle this Friday, and then I will be up to date for the week.
Man, I feel good!

It's indoor cycling, not spinning, at my work's local gym. The bikes are generally good, except that after sitting for 30 minutes on those tiny seats, your bum is quite sore. I must get me a good pair of cycling shorts!
